City to Get Bus Donation Again

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, keeps looking for private company who will donate bus. There are two companies ready to realize the governor's willing.

Basuki admitted that the request was delivered during the MoU signing of RPTRA with 19 companies several days ago.

Transportation Ministry Asked to Realize the Rest of Grant Buses

"That was the best time to promote our program to them (companies)," he said, Thursday (10/29).

The company who donates bus will be able to promote their product in the bus free of charge. The ads can be installed inside the bus or on the body.

Previously, Jakarta Provincial Government got 30 Transjakarta single buses from three companies. Those buses now serving free bus program along Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.

There were also five double-decker buses from other companies. In fact, those buses cannot be operated due to regulation failure.
